This list may not represent all insurance we accept. Please contact us if you do not see your insurance company listed.
If you don't see your insurance company listed, check for the MultiPlan, PHCS, or Beechstreet logos on the front or back of your card. If you find any one of these logos, you're covered!

Secondary Insurance
We accept most secondary insurance. We accept all insurance secondary to Medicare.
Medicare Advantage Plans
We are seeing patients more frequently who have insurance designed to replace Medicare as their primary insurance provider, usually known as "Medicare Advantage" plans. Our experience has been that since we are a Medicare provider, we are considered a network provider for most of these plans. If you have any concerns or questions about your coverage, please contact the Member Services number on the back of your insurance card.
WE ARE STILL IN-NETWORK WITH UNITED HEALTHCARE
Some of you may have received a letter from UHC, stating that Dr. Patel is no longer accepting UHC. This is an error and we assure you that we are in network and still accepting UHC.
